I thoroughly enjoyed Tom Ford's directorial debut in A Single Man showing at The Paris Theater in Manhattan. Simple and hypnotic with beautiful detail to the 1960s era but not overly done so as to distract from the tale of love and loss. Excellent casting of Colin Firth and Julianne Moore as the leads added a quiet realism.
