michael musto spotted at 10pm riding his bike down 5th avenue, crossing 42nd on the light change, while on his cell phone.

    i saw him just as he was passing by a foot in front of me.

    after the fog of a 13 hour work day i had no time to pull the camera out and snap a photo. though i immediately wished i had!
